Sometimes it helps to have someone from the outside come in and enlighten staff on an organization’s standards for image and attitude. Project You is quite comfortable stepping into this role. We work with large companies, many in the hospitality industry, where the customer experience is directly related to the image and attitude of the staff that interacts with them. We take the time to understand an organization’s objectives and standards for their staff and incorporate them into collaborative, interactive workshops where attendees gain an understanding of how their attitude and image is directly related to their career success and the success of the organization that they represent. These workshops can be one-time or conducted on a quarterly basis for new staff or continued education for existing staff.
